» How do you collect this information?
Nearly all of our information is collected via telephone interviews and through web surveys. In fact, we complete 50,000 telephone interviews every month. For enterprise (parent) information, we do rely on published reports to gather enterprise financial, demographic, and contact information. Where possible, this information is verified by phone before it's made available to users.

» Why do people give you this information?
We're able to collect the level of in depth information for a variety of reasons. Our callers receive a great deal of training in this area they're inquiring about so they're able to be conversational with the experts being interviewed. In many cases we've spoken with our respondents for many years and have established a relationship of trust. We conduct our interviews in a very non-threatening manner; if a respondent refuses, we simply move on to the next site. And finally, our respondents have a great deal of pride in the systems, applications, and infrastructures that they have built and in most cases enjoy the opportunity to share with someone what they've accomplished.

» How often is your information updated?
We make every attempt to update our information at least once every 3 months. Demographic and contact information is on a 6-month update cycle.

» Do we guarantee the accuracy of our lists?
All of our lists are guaranteed to be 90% accurate in terms of information and 94% deliverable. Anything over and above those percentages should immediately be brought to our attention and we will credit you for the names.

» How many times can I use the list?
Unlimited usage is available for an additional charge - usually twice the cost of the base price of the list. Unlimited usage is good for one year. It is our experience that the quality of the list declines after one year to a point where it is more cost effective to purchase a new list.

» How quickly can I receive the lists?
Most orders can be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time your order is approved. Faster order turnaround can be provided on a "rush" basis for a small fee.

» What format is the database delivered in?
Your data purchase is delivered to you in Excel, Access or CSV format.

» What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

» What are the Usage Terms ?
We guarantee 95% deliverability on this file; the limit of our guarantee is either replacement of data or credit towards future projects. This is limited and shall not exceed the maximum value of the data claimed to be undeliverable.
